Roderick’s serves Down-Home Comfort Food you’d thought your Grandmother cooked!

Our ribs, (smoked for 4 hours), smoked chicken (smoked for 2 hours). Beef & pulled pork are hickory & oak smoked daily for a minimum of 12-16 hours and our buttermilk cajun fried chicken & cajun fried catfish is the best, West of the Mississippi!
